New site framwork has landed!

Welcome my fellow clan members and visitors of our small site. As you can see we have finally managed to move the clan headquarter from an old (php nuke based) CMS to a rather new and very promising site engine (Drupal). As it is, the site is everything but finished. The current state of the FSF site is nothing more than a framework on top of which the future enhancements will be built.

It was most crucial to keep the initial features limited and the structure easy to ensure that we could rescue at least the most crucial parts of the old site (members login data and forum posts) from the old site. This is far from given since the two system are basically not compatible at all. So the only thing that is really operational at the moment is the forum of the site. As soon as we have thoroughly tested the functionality an tested the permission system, we will start working on the functionality of the site.

Unfortunately not all data could be transferred to the new system. But nothing is lost: For reference and archiving purposes I have installed a mirror of our old site under the url: www.old.fishstickfoundation com. So if you are missing things on the new site feel free to go to the old one and bring them over here. In case no one will ever get used to the new cms we can always switch back there without any problem.

I have also installed a new forum for help and bug reports about the new site for our members. Please male heavy use of it!
