Actually, sometimes I eat them...you can buy steaks at the butcher - healthier than beef.
yeah even the little grey bastards can kill you let alone the big reds, the big reds grow to over 8 feet tall and could kick you virtually in half with one kick. At the very least your guts will be opened up and hanging out. If you survive that though the Drop Bears are even worse..Drop Bears can smell blood and when they do are like sharks at a feeding frenzy.
