its not actually an iphone, its an iTouch, it basically has all the features of an iphone, but without the phone capabilities of course. its slightly smaller than it also. but i do agree with you, extremely over priced for the storage capability (, but if your a sucker like me, you'll buy it cos it is extremely sexy )
