supreme commander has some games that can take hrs..
yeah while I had heaps of fun playing 4 hour games on RON I prefer after playing WIC short and snappy. That leaves out most RTS games though...When is SC2 coming out and who is getting it ?
Cars has made mention of getting it and jaguar too I think.

No one really knows about the release date yet (I bet not even Blizzard themselves do know). Not even the beta has started yet iirc so it is not worth waiting for it. But eventually we won't have a choice but at least all try it out when iot gets releases (you can tell my enthusiasm). SC2 will be so big, you simply won't have a choice but to give it a try..

yeah i cant miss that one... to bad it is taking so long.. but that can also mean less bugs, and problems during the game.. thats what blizzard is all about, take a lot launtch a game, but when it does, the games are great, and bugs are nearly inexistent
