Hello, Good day or evening sir or madame! First off I would like to apologize if I am e-mailing this to the wrong department/company! If this is so, please reply back to RON@sovgk.com with the correct e-mail so I may then send it to the correct company - or if you are unaware of the correct company's contact, please still inform me if this is the wrong place to contact. I know that 38 Studios now holds ownership of BHG: BIg Huge Game Studios, so I am not sure if I should be regarding this request to either you or them.
Now to the point of this e-mail. This e-mail is a mass e-mail sent by the people who play Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots, a game currently hosted by GameSpy. We have massed e-mail you in hopes that the records for the accounts on said game, can be fixed. For the last couple of months, the records for peoples accounts have not been updating. This has been agitating for the Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots Gaming Community, and we would like to make a request for it to be fixed.

i dont think it will work as well, same thing happened over in their other game ( rol) and it hasnt gotten fixed in fact there servers went dead for a while. I think you guys should be glad the servers are still up in ron , that being said i will support you as well by sending my email

In this case I am sure that BHG had nothing to do with it and simply passed on the mails to GameSpy who actually fixed it. I really cannot imagine that somebody at BHG moved their ass for once.

tell lindsey that BHG should be bought out by blizzard and that their kind programmers should make us a RoN 2 to be hosted on battlenet = )
I don't think neither that mails helped. Maybe we got lucky (if it was BHG behind it then a new patch should be also released for several issues/bugs/tweaks)
Yes calypso you are right about blizzard and battlenet but if that happened... Blizzard would publish ron 2 in 2013-2014 at the best case! ;P
Blizzard maybe be slow (for good reasons) ... but deadly (=games with lot of replayability-for years and the most important, support).
and YES! There is not comparison between gamespy and battlenet (if someone can compare please feel free to do :P)
