Neither did I, but maybe we should recruit in consultation. I am not a big fan of getting a lot of noobies into our clan, we are FSF not AoE or something
Noobie maybe but as per another post you may not have read that I was sure was agreed upon we would recruit in WIC without having to be full FSF member. eg they dont even know the site addy just for WIC purposes, if they turn out to be good after a while then we tell them the site addy. I played with this guy and he was good to my standards. I was impressed with his communication etc. He went medium AIR and I owned with armour due to his Anti Air.

Ya im with warmonger on this one. We need memebers that play around are time. I would make the fsf recruit forum more packet base. What I mean by this is set up a form where they can highlight and paste it to a new post, then fill in the blanks. It would be much easier and convenient for new recruits to get started. When I was trying to figure out what to do i got lost a couple times. I would make one forum that says Recruit applications. then have a copy paste format for them with a breif description. easy and fast. One more thing, That would make this even easier and fun for the recruit is to have the yes no votes on his application.That gets the new recruit more envolved with whats going on. Makes the recruit come to the site every day to check for updates plus gets to know how the iste works better. Before long you will have dedicated members who love to work as a team and kick some ass and just down to have a great time after work.
If you guys want i have no problem with being in charge of recruit forms and posts! I will even make the packet for them with notes and what to do!
