You should try with another mouse just tto see whether it has got something to do with the brand of your mouse. If available try downloading the latest drivers from the manufacturers. I know that these are just some generic suggestions.... but the best I can offer right now (

Nope, say your card is a Nvidia Geforce 8800 (the one in your pc now), you go to nvidia.com and download the latest drivers for your card...new drivers sort out conflicts and improve performance etc...so you need to find out what kind of card you have first, to find where to get the updated driver. You can open it up and read it of the card label most times...

Try updating your graphics card drivers, I have a 2month old pc, but still the drivers were out of date, once I updated the mouse worked fine...

did you happen to try out the demo before you bought the game?
well the game works fine .. graphics is amazing etc i doubts its anything to do with the requirements.. my mouse is working but the cursor doesnt move
Its the same problem I had, but i just updated graphics card drivers...
